Accommodation: 100% non-refundable.

60–31 days before arrival: 50% of total booking cost.
30–0 days before arrival: 100% of total booking cost.
If no penalty applies, the deposit can be used as credit for a new reservation within the same year, subject to availability.
The TCC must be obtained prior to traveling to the Galápagos Islands. It is recommended to complete the pre-registration at Gobierno de Galápagos before arriving at the airport.
Cost: USD 20.00 per person (cash only).
Passengers must present their passport at the “Consejo de Gobierno” counter at least 2 hours prior to departure.

Transportation between islands (air, land, or sea) is not operated by Iguana Crossing. Therefore, Iguana Crossing S.A. is not responsible for delays, cancellations, missed connections, or unforeseen events.

Triple accommodation is only available when one child under 12 years old shares the room with two adults. Maximum of two children per room.
There are only 1 ATM machine on the islands, and not all establishments accept credit cards. Guests are advised to bring sufficient cash.
Passports must be carried at all times, as they are required for airport and the hotel check-in.
Upon arrival to Isabela Island, a local entrance fee of USD 10.00 (or USD 5.00 for certain cases) per person must be paid in cash.
Please keep this ticket with you at all times, as it may be required at the airport or pier.
